The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients on desktop support issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work well in a team environment, and excellent communication skills.Office Timing: Rotational Shift (Morning, Evening and Night Shift) Mandatory: Work from office 5 days a week: Monday to Friday Office Location: Viman NagarResponsibilitiesEnsure that all equipment is in working order before installing new PCs for personnel. Configuring fundamental necessary programs (i.e., Outlook, MS-office, Skype, Dropbox, VPN, Teams) Necessary for all sorts of IT software installation & Troubleshooting desktop/Laptop issues. FTP and console downloads and uploads of builds. Creating and managing IT ticketing on a day-to-day basis. Providing Basic network access through LAN/Wi-Fi. Make certain that all testing equipment is logged out of the storage and that any new equipment is marked and recorded. Guarantee that a stock take is performed every six months to guarantee that no equipment or hardware is missing or defective. Respond to and support QA Management requirements for project machine setup, as well as check build install. Creating and updating system documentation Managing the asset inventory, which is separated into projects with varying configurations of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices. Manage workstations, laptops, mobile phones, printers, servers, and network equipment from purchase to decommissioning.Skills and QualificationsMust have at least 1-4 years of experience as an IT support technician. Provide IT support for both work-from-home and office environments. Administration and maintenance of current IT infrastructure Installation, basic configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop/laptop operating systems. Operation and basic management of CCTC and Access Control devices. Providing basic network access through LAN/Wi-Fi Create a backup of all network servers, CCTV, and access control devices. Work with network service providers (ISPs, Carriers, etc.) to fix Internet disruptions. Ensure smooth network operation (firewalls, switches, and access points) Good to have basic knowledge of Active Directory and network devices (such as firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPNs). Understanding of basic system and network troubleshooting.
