Advance or complex installation and configuration. Follow up of service tickets opened on OEM. Knowledge transfer to Level 1 Engineers. Fault isolation, case diagnosis, and troubleshooting updating operational knowledge base. Any cyber threat/incidents reported from branches/offices should be attended to and a suitable solution should be provided and implemented to resolve the issue. All the XDR solution infrastructure (hardware, software, network) is to be kept in up-to-date and running condition. Incident Analysis, Investigation including Root cause analysis of alerts/incidents and submission of recommendations/remediation steps to the client. Overall application availability, health, and performance monitoring will be part of the responsibility. The onsite team shall be responsible for the application and database administration, daily technical housekeeping activities, patching, update/upgrade, configuration management, integration with other IT/Security solutions, monitoring, integration, and fine-tuning. Conducting threat-hunting activities and proactive remediation/removal of threats to ensure the Bank’s IT infrastructure is always protected.
