We are seeking a persuasive, empathetic, and professional sales closer.You will be trained in advanced probing and introspection methods used by top psychologists.Responsibilities:Conduct Video Calls: Guide potential clients on their fitness journey through engaging and informative video consultations.Manage Schedule: Open enough calendar space to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.Daily Tasks: Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.Availability: Be available to communicate through Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.Build Rapport: Engage in meaningful conversations, establishing trust and empathy with potential clients.Honesty and Integrity: Follow through on commitments and ensure you enroll only clients who are a great fit.Decision Guidance: Lead prospects to the best decision for their health, even if it challenges their comfort zone.Performance Awareness: Stay aware of your performance metrics, understanding both successes and areas needing improvement.CRM Management: Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.High Standards: Uphold and embody the high standards expected by Health Icons Club in all interactions.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience as a sales closer or in a similar role within a target-driven sales environment (minimum 1 year).Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for effective and persuasive video calls.Active Listening: Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs.Empathy and Trust: Ability to empathize with clients and build trust.Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working in a remote environment.Education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in the sales industry preferred.Sales Cycle: Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.Negotiation and Presentation: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.Commission Structure:For the next 5-8 sales: 8% commission = 4 * ₹25,000 = ₹1,00,000 → 8% of ₹1,00,000 = ₹8,000For 9-15 sales: 10% commission = ₹25,000 * 7 = ₹1,75,000 → 10% of ₹1,75,000 = ₹17,500For 16-30 sales: 12% commission = ₹25,000 * 15 = ₹3,75,000 → 12% of ₹3,75,000 = ₹45,000Assuming you did 18 Sales for ₹25,000:Total Revenue Generated = ₹25,000 * 18 = ₹4,50,000Your Pay = Base Salary + Total IncentivesIncentives:For 1-8 sales: ₹8,000For 9-15 sales: ₹17,500For 16-18 sales: ₹9,000Total Incentives: ₹8,000 + ₹17,500 + ₹9,000 = ₹34,500Final Calculation:Total Pay: Base Salary + Total Incentives = ₹20,000 + ₹34,500 = ₹54,500With 18 sales at ₹25,000 each, your total compensation would be ₹54,500, which significantly enhances your base salary.Impact: The opportunity to make a real difference in people's health.Development: Continuous training and career development opportunities.Rewards: International and 5-star hotel stays for top performers, along with additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.Additional incentives and bonuses on performance.P.S. - The only way to apply is by reaching out to us on WhatsApp - +91 63639 29816, and sending us a short video explaining why are you a good fit for this role!
