Our newly launched Global Capability Center (GCC) vertical is specifically tailored for SMBs aiming to set up micro GCCs in India, providing support in talent acquisition, infrastructural setup, and operational management.Position Overview We are seeking a dynamicSales Executiveto join our team and contribute to our expansion in the GCC and Entity Management Services space. This role is designed for an individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales, specifically throughcold callingandappointment setting . The candidate will work directly with our Sales Head to generate leads and create potential client engagement opportunities.Key Responsibilities ·Appointment Setting : oEffectively communicate and set up meetings with qualified prospects. oCoordinate with vertical heads/ engagement managers to schedule virtual or in-person meetings, ensuring alignment with team availability and client preferences. oConfirm appointments and send out necessary follow-up emails or reminders.·Lead Qualification : oConduct basic research to identify prospective clients in target markets, including startups, SMBs, and growth-stage companies. oUtilize HubSpot to record interactions, track lead status, and maintain accurate data for future reference.·Pitch Development : oUnderstand and articulate SimplyBiz’s value proposition and tailor pitches to match prospective client needs. oCollaborate with the sales team to refine and improve the effectiveness of calling scripts and appointment-setting processes.·Appointment Setting: oInitiate calls to prospective clients, from our database and set appointments for the Sales team to take over. oIntroduce SimplyBiz’s GCC and Entity management Services offerings, emphasizing their benefits and unique selling points. oMaintain a structured approach, ensuring a high call volume with consistent follow-ups to engage potential clients.·Reporting & Analysis : oGenerate daily and weekly reports on call outcomes, lead status, and scheduled meetings. oAnalyze call performance data to identify areas for improvement and achieve monthly targets.Qualifications ·Educational Background : Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ·Experience : Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage. ·Skills : oStrong verbal and written communication skills. oAbility to handle objections and maintain professionalism during client interactions. oProficiency in using CRM software (preferably Zoho CRM/HubSpot) and basic MS Office tools.·Personal Attributes : oSelf-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve results. oAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with enthusiasm. oStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits ·Professional Training : Gain valuable experience and insights into B2B sales processes, cold calling strategies, and lead management. ·Mentorship : Work closely with experienced professionals in the field of professional services and GCC operations. ·Network Building : Opportunity to connect with key players in the industry and build a foundation for a future career in B2B sales. ·Potential for Full-time Offer : Exceptional performers may be considered for a full-time sales role at SimplyBiz.How to Apply If you are interested in developing a career in sales and have a knack for initiating and nurturing client relationships, we encourage you to apply.
