Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer based in India to join our rapidly expanding team. This role requires a thorough understanding of Indian regulatory structures and processes to ensure our compliance with the regulations.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures aligned with the firm’s goals and regulatory requirements. Facilitate the firm's licensing efforts and related communications with local regulatory bodies as required, including but not limited to the Financial Intelligence Unit. Prepare and submit timely and accurate compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required. Provide advice on key compliance-related issues, leveraging excellent communication and advocacy skills and offering well-judged and timely deliverables to the management team. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting our operations, analyzing potential impact and solutions.Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of regulatory-related compliance experience. Knowledge in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry, or strong willingness to learn about cryptocurrency, is preferred. Adaptability to a highly competitive industry and a rapidly growing firm's business priority. Proven ability to lead, independent problem-solving, and outstanding communication skills. Quick learner, self-starter, and highly detail-oriented.
