Located in Chhindwara, we equip aspiring marketers with the essential skills and certifications necessary to succeed in the fast-evolving digital landscape.Role Description As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be instrumental in shaping the capabilities of future digital marketing professionals. You will deliver detailed training sessions, develop a curriculum, and guide students through the complexities of digital marketing with a focus on practical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery: Conduct dynamic, interactive training sessions covering all key aspects of digital marketing. Curriculum Development: Continuously update and refine the curriculum to include the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Certification Preparation: Guide students in preparing for key digital marketing certifications. Student Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in digital marketing to ensure the curriculum and training sessions remain relevant and impactful. Detailed Skills and Expertise Required Core Digital Marketing Skills SEO: In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools. PPC Advertising: Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and campaign management including monitoring and optimization. Social Media Marketing: Proficient in creating and executing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Email Marketing: Ability to design and implement effective email campaigns with an understanding of automation tools. Content Marketing: Skills in content creation, strategy development, and understanding content distribution channels. Web Analytics: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics for traffic analysis and campaign improvement. Mobile Marketing: Knowledge of mobile-specific strategies and analytics. E-commerce Marketing: Experience in driving online sales through various digital marketing techniques.Training and Pedagogical Skills • Instructional Design: Knowledge of educational theories and instructional design models such as ADDIE. • Presentation Skills: Strong capability in creating and delivering engaging presentations. • Public Speaking: Confident in addressing and engaging large groups effectively. • Student Assessment and Feedback: Skilled in assessing student work and providing constructive feedback. • Mentoring: Ability to coach and mentor students, enhancing their learning experience.Soft Skills • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Adaptability: Able to modify teaching strategies based on learner needs and feedback. • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective at solving issues that arise during training sessions. • Time Management: Proficient in managing both personal and instructional time efficiently.Technical Proficiency • Learning Management Systems (LMS): Familiar with platforms like Moodle or Blackboard. • Online Teaching Tools: Experienced with tools such as Zoom or Google Meet for virtual training sessions.Qualifications Proven expertise in digital marketing with hands-on experience in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
