The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Java and Testing, with a proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex projects.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of 400+ professionals, including developers, testers, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous improvement and career growth.Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in project delivery.Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Provide regular updates to clients on project status, risks, and issues.Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of Java and Testing to guide technical teams and ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into project strategies.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the account & BFSI vertical. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Solution/Proposal Strategy: Work closely with Sales leadership throughout the deal lifecycle for Delivery led growth. Collaborate and manage stakeholders from technology practices, Delivery, Verticals and other Enabling Functions to develop the integrated solution.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 22+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on BFSI clients.
