The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (specifically Jenkins), message brokers like Kafka, Pub/Sub systems, and deployment scripting. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and reliable software solutions.Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers and engineers to design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions using Nest.js, Node.js, and microservices architecture. Architect scalable, high-performance applications leveraging cloud-native technologies and services on AWS. Implement and maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and management. Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. Design and integrate API solutions, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between systems.Utilize Kafka or similar message brokers for real-time data processing and event-driven architectures. Implement Pub/Sub systems for decoupled communication between microservices. Develop deployment scripts and automation tools to streamline the deployment process and ensure consistency across environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, project timelines, and resource allocation. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, and software development.Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Senior Developer in a software development environment. Extensive expertise in Nest.js and Node.js frameworks, with a strong understanding of TypeScript, Microservices architecture. Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, and API Gateway. Hands on experience on Relational Database. Postgres is must. Hands-on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Solid understanding of version control systems like GitHub and collaborative development workflows. Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools. Familiarity with Kafka or other message brokers for building event-driven architectures. Knowledge of Pub/Sub systems and their implementation in distributed systems. Strong scripting skills for automation using Bash, Unix, or similar languages. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
