Key Responsibilities:Design & Development: Design RF circuits and systems from concept to production. Create RF system architectures and develop specifications in coordination with other teams.Testing & Validation: Perform RF testing and validation to ensure designs meet product specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues during product development.Optimization: Optimize RF circuits for performance, cost, and manufacturability. Analyze and improve existing RF designs to meet changing requirements.Documentation: Produce technical documentation, including design notes, test procedures, and user manuals.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and product managers, to deliver top-tier RF solutions. Support manufacturing teams during production and address RF-related queries.Technical skills: Understanding of basic electronics and electricals involving functioning and use of resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, MOSFET, etc and their usage in basic circuits. Understanding of Electromagnetic field theory and Microwave Transmission lines Hands-on experience in Hardware Design from specification to testing is preferred. Hands-on experience in using RF equipment such as VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Supplies etc Strong fundamentals in electronics, and a detail-oriented approach to work and documentation. Carry best-in-class RF/mmWave circuit design of RF components such as Amplifiers, LNAs, Couplers, Switches, etc. Design and circuit simulation of RF systems and PCB layouts. Have knowledge of RF and Analog Circuit Design Constraints - Transceiver designs exposure is preferable. EM Simulation and Optimisation of Layout using software such HFSS, ADS etc. Test plan, guidance and review of test results of RF circuits and components. Work closely with our leading-edge RF/mmWave characterization lab by defining test plans and assist them when required.Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Years of Experience: MTech with (3 - 7) years (or) PhD with (0-3) years.Skills: Solid understanding of RF systems, components, and design principles. Ability to troubleshoot complex RF problems. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance.
