Proactive Follow-Ups:Send updates, confirm resolutions, and monitor ticket closures. Adaptability:Adjust communication to cultural nuances and stay updated on product knowledge. Empathy & Patience:Ensure users feel valued while managing challenging conversations. Documentation:Maintain accurate records and offer feedback to improve processes. Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience. Requirements: Experience:1+ year in call support; international client experience preferred. Background:Sports, fitness, or health domain (athlete preferred). Skills:Exceptional English communication, problem-solving, and tech proficiency (CRMs, payment gateways, Slack). Availability:Night shifts to support international time zones. Mindset:Adaptability, empathy, and user-first approach.
