Position: Personal Assistant, Remote Location: India, RemoteWork type: Full-timeReports to: CEOCOMPANY OVERVIEW: The Company is a US based fully integrated real estate investment and development firm with business lines devoted to real estate investments, development, lending, and property management with an emphasis on affordable housing development. The Company has invested in equity and debt real estate transactions with a market value more than $2 billion. With a team of highly skilled professionals, the Company strives to combine unique vision, market knowledge, and a keen ability to execute any rehabilitation or new construction real estate developments including section 42 low-income housing tax credit deals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Travel Arrangements:Plan and coordinate all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Research and suggest the best travel options based on preferences and budget.Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including meeting schedules.Manage last-minute changes or cancellations, ensuring smooth adjustments to travel plans.Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.Personal Task Management:Manage and organize personal schedules, including appointments, events, and social engagements.Maintain a digital filing system for personal documents, receipts, and important records.Track and manage personal expenses, preparing reports and ensuring timely payments.Document Management:Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring they are accurate and ready for meetings.Maintain a digital filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.Work on software.Project Coordination:Assist the CEO in managing ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and providing updates on progress.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed smoothly.Confidentiality and Discretion:Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Manage the CEO’s personal and professional matters as needed, ensuring seamless integration between their work and personal life.Qualifications:Proven experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and real estate-specific software.Experience with social media management and marketing tools.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.Familiarity with the US real estate market.Work timings: 4.30 p.m to 1.30 a.m IST
