ViewSonic is a leading global provider of educational technology solutions, specializing in ERP/LMS systems and interactive panels for K12 institutions.Position Summary: We seek a proactive and result-oriented Education Outreach coordinator to join our education solutions team. The role involves identifying and engaging with K12 schools to promote ViewSonic's comprehensive educational technology solutions, including ERP, LMS, and interactive panels.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and OutreachConduct thorough research to identify potential K12 schools Build and maintain a comprehensive database of educational institutionsExecute outbound calling campaigns to connect with school decision-makersQualify prospects and identify opportunities for ViewSonic's educational solutionsSales Process SupportSchedule and coordinate product demonstrations with interested schoolsFollow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospectsTrack and update lead status in the CRM systemCollaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leadsCustomer ServiceHandle initial inquiries about ViewSonic's educational solutionsProvide first-level support to existing and potential customersAddress basic questions about products and servicesEscalate complex queries to appropriate team membersDatabase ManagementMaintain accurate records of all communications and follow-upsUpdate and manage the customer database regularlyGenerate regular reports on calling activities and lead statusTrack conversion metrics and maintain documentationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or similar roleExcellent communication skills in both verbal and written EnglishProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareStrong understanding of the education sector (preferred)Skills and Competencies:Outstanding telephone etiquette and persuasion skillsAbility to understand and articulate technical productsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesDetail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPatient and persistent approach to customer engagementWork Environment:Full-time positionOffice-based roleRegular working hours 9AM – 6PMGrowth Opportunities:Career progression into sales or customer success rolesRegular training on educational technology productsExposure to the EdTech industry
