If you're a visionary designer who can conceptualize and execute out-of-the-box content ideas for Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, this role is for you.Responsibilities:· Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored for Insta, Snap, and TikTok· Design captivating content — from static posts to reels and stories — that aligns with AÏZA's bold and modern aesthetic· Create motion graphics and animations that elevate brand storytelling· Brainstorm and implement fresh, trend-forward content ideas to engage and grow our audience· Collaborate with the team to ensure all designs reflect AÏZA's brand identity and visionQualifications:· Proven experience in motion and graphic design, with a strong portfolio· Social media strategy experience, preferably in beauty or D2C brands· A knack for thinking outside the box and delivering trendsetting content· Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro)· Remote work setup with the ability to manage deadlines independently
