Along with it who will mentor and coach teams to improve their productivity, workflow efficiency, and quality of delivery/development using AI.Years of experience :- 10+ Years (Must have GitHub Copilot experience)Roles and Responsibilities :-· Track and analyze performance metrics such as coding speed and error rates to quantify the impact of Copilot on development efficiency.· Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for continuous monitoring, analysis, and feedback on Copilot’s performance.· Measure and analyze usage metrics to tailor Copilot’s settings to team needs.· Seamlessly integrate Copilot into existing workflows to enhance productivity and streamline development processes.· Develop and deliver training programs to ensure developers fully leverage Copilot's capabilities for improved code quality and efficiency.· Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code to ensure it adheres to project standards and best practices.· Conduct efficiency audits to assess the effectiveness of Copilot and recommend adjustments for optimal usage.· Establish feedback channels to continuously refine Copilot’s application based on user experience and developer input.· Achieve 80% integration of Copilot within developer workflows within the first six months.· Customize Copilot’s settings for project-specific needs by the end of Q1 to ensure maximum utility.· Roll out comprehensive Copilot training within three months.· Ensure bug rates in AI-generated code remain at or below pre-Copilot levels to maintain high-quality output.· Achieve a 20% reduction in coding time within one year, a 50% daily usage rate of Copilot within six months, a 25% reduction in time spent on code reviews, and maintain a 60% developer satisfaction rate with Copilot.Qualification & skills :- · Expertise in integrating Copilot smoothly into existing development workflows, ensuring minimal disruption while maximizing its impact on productivity.· Ability to identify and implement process improvements that streamline development tasks and reduce manual effort through automation and AI support.· Strong skills in creating and delivering training programs for developers to fully leverage Copilot’s features, ensuring improved code quality, reduced coding time, and overall development efficiency.· Familiarity with code review processes and techniques to evaluate the quality of AI-generated code, ensuring it meets project standards and best practices.
