Position Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Drayage Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate the movement of containers, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing routes and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This role is critical to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and dispatch drayage operations to ensure timely pickup and delivery of containers.Communicate effectively with drivers, port authorities, warehouses, and customers.Monitor container movements and update status in the dispatch system in real time.Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.Resolve operational issues, including delays, equipment shortages, and driver concerns.Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations.Track and manage detention, demurrage, and other charges to minimize costs.Provide accurate and timely reports on operations and performance metrics.Qualifications:Proven experience in drayage dispatching or a similar logistics role.Strong knowledge of port operations, drayage logistics, and transportation regulations.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, if needed.Compensation & Perks:Flexible Salary Options: Starting base salary between $1,200–$1,800 per Month , or a competitive commission structure based on the business you generate.Paid Time Off: Enjoy the benefits of paid vacations to recharge and unwind.Annual Team Retreats: Join us once a year in amazing locations like Brazil, Dubai, or other exciting destinations to celebrate success and plan for the future.
