Location: Delhi & GurgaonAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and versatile Associate to work with us on our purpose-driven initiatives, specifically special projects incubated by one of our founders - Dr. Kavita Arora. The ideal candidate may have a background in psychology or social sciences & / a personal mental health lived experience; combined with a passion for content creation and research. This role will involve supporting our Dr. Kavita Arora on new initiatives at CF including community outreach, landscape research, content creation, cross-sectoral stakeholder engagement, scheduling and calendar management.Key Responsibilities● Content Creation: Write engaging short-form and long-form content for various channels,including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Ensure that content aligns with our tone of voiceand brand identity.● Social Media Management: Develop strategy and schedule social media posts, trackengagement metrics, and analyze performance to optimize content strategy.● Design and Creativity: Create visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva. Develop creativeconcepts that align with content and social media goals.● Research Support: Conduct secondary research to support ongoing projects and provide insights that inform content and strategic decisions.● Operational Assistance: Provide administrative and operational support to the co-founder toensure smooth execution of parallel projects and daily tasks. Including scheduling, calendar management and all stakeholder co-ordination within and outside the organization.Skills & Qualifications● Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or arelated field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.● Content Writing: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written content. Experience with different content formats is a plus.● Design Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and an eye for visual aesthetics.● Social Media: Understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.● Research Skills: Ability to conduct secondary research and synthesize information effectively.● Operational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style as needed.The role is ever-evolving and will have additional responsibilities added as and when at the discretion of the manager.
