About the role: As a Marketing Automation Coordinator, you will support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns across email, events, and paid media. You will work closely with demand, brand, and product marketing teams to ensure campaigns are built to track performance and achieve key business outcomes.What you’ll do(Job duties and responsibilities) Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (such as email, webinar, and paid media efforts) within Marketo and integrating campaign data to Salesforce.Support the creation and management of UTM tracking for all multi-channel marketing efforts, ensuring accurate attribution.Collaborate with digital & marketing sciences team members (web, paid media, operations) to ensure campaigns and tracking are correctly set up.Ensure campaigns adhere to marketing ops processes, especially for tracking, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.Provide support in setting up A/B tests, email segmentation, and drip campaigns to improve audience targeting and engagement.Generate basic campaign reports and insights to share with stakeholders across marketing to highlight campaign performance.Coordinate with the marketing operations team to streamline processes and ensure campaign compliance with global standards. What you’ll bring:1-2 years of experience in marketing automation (Marketo experience preferred; certification optional but a plus)Knowledge of basic email marketing, UTM tracking, and campaign management practices.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and broader marketing technologies for integrated campaign setup and reporting.Strong attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment.Project management skills, including experience with tools like Asana or similar platforms.Proactive problem-solving attitude with a desire to drive continuous improvement in marketing automation processes.Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities Preferred Technology Experience: Marketo; Salesforce; Goldcast, Swoogo (or similar event tech), Asana (or similar project management tool)
