It has been evolving rapidly and continued to encompass a newer and exciting lens on the communication of our programmes, leading to the larger endeavor of creating impact ecosystems within the universe of the Foundation. Content: The one sub-vertical that forms the bedrock of the Foundation's Communication system is Content. This vertical is the centre for packaged content in its multi-dimensional format that, in synchronization with Brand sub-vertical, ensures a vibrant communication across IC, EC and WP.Content is multi-dimensional. This role befits the curious professional, driven by a passion to become a voice for the community, to play up one’s penchant for digital communications and content strategy. It offers a 360-degree opportunity to think, plan, curate right from the field and put out the best of empathetic communication that TSF stands for and the community rightfully deserves. Put in briefly, this role is the multi-dimensional content creation version of today’s farm to table mantra of a healthy society.Key Deliverables: Contribute to the Annual Business Planning of Communications with both hats – that of an agile content creator as well as an apex Communications solutions provider.Customize communication products to existing platforms or agencies as well as bring in new platforms to the Communications table that will carry the TSF voice in the right space.Conceptualize design, and package communication material to suit the Foundation’s overall brand narrative for Internal and External Communication, Brand and Digital Communication sub-verticals.Maintain TSF database (issue-based paper, stories, documentation for various programmes) manage the repository in accordance with TSF ERP platform requirement.Demonstrate flair for both business writing as well as creative, emotion-based content for the unique positioning of Tata Steel Foundation.Be responsible for the Foundation’s periodic newsletters, quarterly magazine, annual reports, and award-based communication.Handle cross-team functionalities through an effective inter-personal and vendor-partner management approach.Deliverable/ output: The role harbours an expected output of rigorous documentation and seamless flow of data, packed under profiles, stories, research-led articles, and packaged content for social and other publishing platforms.Outcome: The effort is to ensure that each vertical and TSF at an apex level, in the long run, has a steady stream of data emerging that demonstrates the strength of the work and voices of our communities connected to the programmes.We endeavor to work with professionals who demonstrate dedication and a sense of ownership to engage with the internal and external stakeholders across our communities, our employees, and the global audience to help strike the correct chord of leadership based on value creation and corporate citizenship.Min. Qualification: Masters in Journalism/Public Relations/Communications/Development Communications or equivalent from reputed institutions.Min No. of years of experience: 5 years of experience in creating content for an organization.
