Job Title: Mall Head Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India Employment Type: Full-time CTC: 50 LPA Job Summary: The Mall Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the mall in Dehradun. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage diverse teams, maintain high operational standards, and ensure a premier shopping experience for customers while driving revenue growth and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the mall, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance. Monitor and manage compliance with local government regulations and safety standards. Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. 2. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the annual budget, including cost control and revenue optimization. Track and analyze mall performance metrics, ensuring profitability targets are met. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness. 3. Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant onboarding processes. Work closely with tenants to promote collaborative marketing campaigns and events. 4. Customer Experience: Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment for shoppers. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Oversee events and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and enhance customer engagement. 5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team, including operations, marketing, and administrative staff. Provide training, performance reviews, and motivation to team members. Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence. 6. Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase mall visibility and traffic. Identify opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships to enhance the mall’s brand. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the retail industry. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in mall management, retail operations, or a similar leadership role. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and revenue management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with tenants, customers, and employees. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making. Knowledge of the retail landscape and customer preferences in Dehradun or similar markets.
