Designation:Robotics solution designerManager Department:“Robotics ”Education: BE– mechanical / Robotics / MechatronicsCompetency: a. 5-7 yr of experience in Robotics & automation. b. Core knowledge in robotic palletizer applications and other warehouse automation robotic applications. c. Worked on Industrial articulated robots with make as ABB, Yaskawa, Fuji, KUKA, cobot, AMR, gantry robots. d. Robotic application layout design. e. Experience in mechanical design softwares like AutoCAD, 3D. f. Robot simulation softwares of Yaskawa, KUKA, ABB, etc. g. Flawless communication with customer and stakeholders h. Industrial robot course certified.Location: NashikKey roles & responsibilities: 1. Technical: a. Detail study of the customer requirement b. Layout designing of robotic applications in warehouse automation with unique design, optimized layout footprint, making customer life easy. c. Robot programming in simulation software for layout and robot cycle time verification d. Right selection of industrial robot as per application requirement and as per robot simulation results. e. Preparing application notes in case of new product development and taking it ahead with suppliers and new product development department. f. Finding out suppliers for outsourcing and verification of techno commercial g. Preparation of technical proposal and other documents for customer communication and other stakeholders. h. Conducting meetings with stakeholders to introduce the RFQ and capture important inputs, queries from them. To ask costing from the stakeholders and forward it to sales i. Working collaboratively with sales and other solution design engineers j. Visiting customer sites to capture customer requirements in detail and verify the given customer layout physically. k. Following set system and process in solution designing with required documentation l. Emphasizing on communication with customer, stakeholders, suppliers at right time. m. Involve in FAT audit. n. Contributing to standardization and laws creation. o. Working collaboratively with service department for any add on scope requirement from customer. p. Involve in customer communication at the time of DAP and commissioning so as to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction, in house and on site. q. Explore Smarter, cheaper technology and solutions to bring down the cost by alternative ways.2.Soft Skills: a. Should match with Armstrong values: Customer first, integrity, result driven. b.
