We are hiring for Customer Support Representative (CSR) for International voice process experience.Location: Baner, PuneRole & Responsibilities : The ideal candidate is someone with at least 1 year of work experience in a call center in the US process and time zone who can provide excellent service by actively listening to customers, understanding the purpose of their calls/emails, answering questions, resolving issues and creating positive experiences for customers through inbound and outbound calls/emails.Preferred candidate profile: Higher Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. One-Two years of customer service experience in a call center in the US time zone. Proficient in using modern CRM systems with accuracy and speed. Active listening and effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in problem-solving, multitasking, and time management. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently. Professional demeanor in all customer contacts. Proven ability to memorize and recall knowledge.
