About the role:As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our go-to-market teams, including demand, brand, and product marketing, to build and optimize campaigns in Marketo and across our marketing technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams and contribute to the strategic development of our automation efforts.What you’ll do: Set up and manage campaigns across email, webinars, events, and paid media in Marketo and integrating campaign data to Salesforce. Align campaign objectives to automation strategies, collaborating with Marketing Operations & Automation to achieve desired results. Implement and optimize automations to ensure efficient lead nurture and conversion across the funnel. Own end-to-end setup of webinars and event marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with marketing ops. Provide detailed and at-a-glance reporting on campaign performance for stakeholders in marketing and sales. Collaborate with marketing sciences and digital teams to ensure proper UTM tracking and data flow is enabled for campaign attribution. Application and understanding of complex segmentation for personalization, automation-at-scale and lead scoring efforts within campaign builds. Act as a technical expert to troubleshoot campaign automation issues and refine processes as needed.What you’ll bring: 3-5+ years of marketing automation experience (Marketo experience required; certification is a plus). Strong knowledge of email best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign personalization. Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce preferred) for campaign management, lead & campaign member data, and reporting. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with UTM tracking and multi-channel attribution to measure campaign effectiveness. Excellent project management skills, including experience with tools like Asana for campaign coordination. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Analytical mindset, with a track record of using data to inform campaign optimizations. Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities Preferred Technology Experience: Marketo; Salesforce; Goldcast, Swoogo (or similar event tech), Asana (or similar project management tool)
