The Research department is the fundamental pillar of the business and is made up of vibrant young professionals from diverse backgrounds with a unique blend of skills & experiences that makes the team a high-achieving group.We are looking for professionals with the following:SKILLS: 1. Significant expertise in secondary research techniques to capture data from multiple internet sources (LinkedIn, Company Websites, Professional Bodies, Trade Media, etc.) 2. Proficiency in interpreting project briefs/specifications/requirements to establish client objectives. 3. Active involvement in creating Projects Plans, Project Timelines, Research strategies. 4. Keen eye for detail to spot trends/themes/patterns in datasets. 5. Strong Logical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills. 6. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint to create reports (Analyze, Interpret, Define, Report on datasets). 7. Good understanding of self and team workload/targets and ability to operate with minimum supervision. 8. Appetite to develop and enhance skillsets by actively learning from peers, superiors and project experiences.QUALITIES: 1.
