About the role: The Marketing Operations Specialist will support various initiatives within our growing Marketing Operations team. This role will assist in addressing the day-to-day execution of marketing operations tasks, working closely with members of the global team to maintain and optimize our marketing technology stack, ensure data integrity, and support the needs of internal stakeholders across departments. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a foundational understanding of marketing processes and technologies.What you’ll do: Support processes related to lead scoring, lifecycle management, routing, and data enrichment, ensuring timely and accurate data flow within CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other systems Assist in data collection, standardization, enrichment, segmentation, and retention efforts to maintain high data quality across data platforms Enable the Marketing Automation team with scalable and repeatable processes to set up email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows while supporting email deliverability efforts and maintaining campaign playbooks and templates Aid in platform management, including assisting with new integrations, troubleshooting challenges, and supporting the ongoing maintenance of marketing technology tools Assist in setting up and managing event marketing workflows, including webinars and virtual events Provide support for chat and account-based marketing operational strategy execution, experiences, offers, and training across marketing channels Contribute to governance initiatives and perform QA checks to ensure accuracy and compliance across marketing operations support areas Perform routine operational tasks, such as data processing, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting data verification effortsWhat you’ll bring: 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or 3-4 years of experience in marketing automation Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, account-based marketing, virtual event and event registration, digital engagement/chat, lead routing and data management/deduping and other integrated marketing platforms. (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing technologies such as Marketo, Demandbase Orchestration and Data Integrity, Goldcast, Qualified, Gong, iCapture, Swoogo, Consensus, LinkedIn Lead Gen, Asana, RingLead, LeanData, SFDC Data Loader, Cloudingo Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills Analytical mindset adept at problem finding and problem solving Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities Preferred technology experience: Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Goldcast, Qualified, Gong, iCapture, Swoogo, Consensus, LinkedIn Lead Gen, Asana, RingLead, LeanData, SFDC Data Loader, Cloudingo
