In this role, you will work closely with our creative, marketing, and events teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance our clients’ social media presence. You will leverage your expertise in SEO, advanced social media analytics, and management tools like Hootsuite to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and inform impactful marketing decisions.Key Responsibilities: Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Analyze social media and website performance metrics across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube) to identify trends, track growth, and uncover opportunities. SEO & Content Strategy:Utilize SEO tools and insights to enhance content discoverability, optimize posting schedules, and improve search rankings. Platform Management:Oversee day-to-day operations in Hootsuite, ensuring consistent brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all social channels. Data-Driven Insights:Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for our creative and marketing teams, helping shape content calendars, paid media campaigns, and community engagement strategies. Client Collaboration:Work closely with account managers and clients to understand their goals, deliver detailed performance reports, and provide strategic guidance. Trendspotting & Innovation:Stay up to date with industry best practices, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social tools, ensuring Cisne remains at the forefront of social innovation.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field Experience:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media analytics, SEO strategies, and platform management (Hootsuite or similar). Technical Skills:Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native social media insights, GTmetrix) and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush). Strategic Thinking:Proven track record in developing data-driven recommendations that influence content and marketing strategy. Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
