Job Description - Retail Planning & Merchandising (Apparels)-Responsible for inventory management (store replenishment and Inter Store Transfer). -He / She needs to ensure no instances of stock outs or excess inventory occur on account of any discrepancy on part of planning. (by updating replenishment parameters regularly). -Create Sales Budget and OTB (Open To Buy) -He / She will be responsible for assortment planning. -Plan New Store Opening (NSO) in the correct assortment mix. Monitor and manage inventory based on store sale potential and stock holding capacity. -Analyses product sale and merchandise availability. Make strategic action plan with the buying team for necessary execution. -Manage store and product sell thrus based on store sale potential. -He / She will need to travel to location PAN India for visits to stores and Warehouse.Skills needed-Excellent communication, problem solving skills. -Excellent negotiation skills with an eye for detail. Must be a team player. -Will be responsible for training and grooming team members. -Must be good with Ms. Office tools - Excel -Excellent in Inventory Management. -Must have a good understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.Preferred Experience-Retail Planning and Merchandising experience. -5+ Years of relevant experience in similar domain.
