Job DutiesApplication Development & Customization:Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services, including workflows, forms, and user interfaces, to meet business requirements.Integration Design & Implementation:Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools.Script Writing & Maintenance:Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts to enhance functionality and user experience.Testing & Quality Assurance:Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.Technical Documentation:Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and customizations.Support & Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.Collaboration & Requirement Gathering : Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesEducation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferredExperience Four (4) or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization, required. Four (4) or more years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, preferred. Four (4) or more years working in conjunction with onshore teams to deliver solutions, preferred Experience with ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITOM, PM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, required. Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools, required. Experience in large complex ERP deployment, preferred. Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred.License/Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Excellent communication skills, professionalism, positive attitude, and desire to learn.
