You will be responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document test plans, including test scope, objectives, resources, and schedule. Create detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data that cover functional, integration, and regression testing. Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure the functionality, performance, and security of fintech applications. Report and track defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with developers to prioritize and resolve issues. Perform regular regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not introduce unintended side effects. Conduct performance testing to evaluate system scalability, reliability, and response times under various conditions. Collaborate with security experts to conduct security testing and ensure the safety of sensitive financial data. Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing trends to improve testing processes and methodologies.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in Manual and Automation Software testing, preferably in the fintech industry. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, JUnit, Appium, or similar is good to have. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies is good to have. Knowledge of financial concepts and products is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
