Creating Unique ID and feeding in the system. Maintaining data in Master File, also maintaining hard copy Induction for new employees as well as Running end to end Payroll for 1500+ employees in HRMS software. Bonus payout as per bonus act 1965 Monthly/Quarterly. F&Fprocess. Managing contract workers and their salary processing. Responsible for accurate compliance maintaining and monthly challan filing and payments before due dates. TDS calculation by taking investment details from the employees. Conducting exit and clearanceinterview. Responsible for timely releasing Appointment, confirmation, Reliving, Experience letters. Responsible for HR Internal Audit Initiating Employee Engagement Activity (Puja, Diwali celebration etc) Responsible for timely sending data to insurance company and verifying active/inactive employees. Creating a summaryreport for accountsand verifying the payout and advance. Creating monthly dashboard/MIS/various productivity analysis report.
