Job SummaryYouGotaGift is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive – Partnerships to assist in the daily operations of the Partnership Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by maintaining trackers, sourcing marketing collateral, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.Roles and Responsibilities:Internal Operations: Maintain and update various Excel trackers on a daily and weekly basis. Identify and escalate concerns requiring immediate action. Track and resolve customer complaints related to the Partnership Team by coordinating with relevant departments for timely resolution.Merchant Operations: Assist in managing relationships with new and existing merchants, including updating content and fulfilling merchant requests. Support stock management in collaboration with the Finance and Customer Support teams. Monitor and escalate action points to ensure timely completion.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
