Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Lead to join our team. The Design Lead will play a critical role in leading and managing our team of interior designers, overseeing project assignments, tracking project progress, and ensuring high-quality design outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: 1. TeamLeadership: Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster professional growth and development. 2. Project Management: Oversee the allocation of projects to designers, ensuring workload distribution and adherence to project timelines. 3. Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of all design projects, tracking the time spent by each designer on individual projects and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. 4. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of design quality and ensure that projects meet client expectations and design specifications. 5. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, provide design recommendations, and address any concerns or feedback. 6. Resource Management: Manage design resources effectively, including materials, tools, and software, to support the design team's needs. 7. Design Coordination: Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects. 8. Project Participation: Take on a limited number of design projects personally, leveraging expertise to contribute to project success while primarily focusing on leadership responsibilities. 9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all design projects, including project briefs, design concepts, drawings, and specifications. 10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design, and actively incorporate innovative ideas into design processes.Requirements : ● Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. ● Proven experience of 5+ years in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise. ● Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. ● Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. ● Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy. ● Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for design innovation
