In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, identifying business opportunities, and helping potential customers understand the value of our product offerings. Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, or chat to qualify prospects and understand their digital transformation needs. Product Demonstration: Present Digio's suite of products and solutions (Digital Signing, Digital Documentation, eKYC, eNACH, Account Aggregator, etc.) to prospects, highlighting how our offerings can address their specific pain points. Consultative Selling: Develop an understanding of customers’ business processes and provide tailored recommendations to ensure successful adoption of Digio’s platform. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring that they have the information they need to make an informed decision. Sales Process Management: Follow the sales process from lead conversion to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for each prospect. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to improve inbound lead quality and contribute to content that educates potential customers about Digio's value proposition. Customer Feedback: Collect and share feedback from customers to help refine the product and sales processes. Requirements:Experience: 2+ years in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or B2B technology sales. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively. Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and explain them in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Problem Solving: A solution-oriented approach with a strong ability to identify customer pain points and propose Digio’s solutions. CRM Familiarity: Experience using CRM software to manage leads and track sales progress like Zoho Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
