You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across various departments, with a particular emphasis on leadership, C-suite, and international hiring. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition IT and non-IT hiring (Manufacturing/ Construction / Renewables etc) . Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
