Please share the resumes at hr@.NOTE: USIT Staffing experience is MandatoryJob Title: Vice President / Business Head (US IT Staffing) Location: Hyderabad Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President / Business Head to lead our US IT Staffing division. his leadership role requires an individual who has deep expertise in the IT staffing industry, specifically within the U.S. market, and possesses a strong track record of driving business success across multiple geographical regions ( USA, Canada, Mexico). The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and P&L responsibility, enabling them to effectively integrate and optimize operations across multiple regions and elevate the company's revenue generation processes. As a key member of the executive team, the VP/Business Head will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's growth strategy, ensuring operational excellence across regions, and leading a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Integration: Regional Integration: Lead the integration and alignment of operations across four geographic regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and the sharing of best practices. Understand the unique challenges and opportunities in each region and tailor strategies accordingly to optimize performance. Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and iterate on a comprehensive business strategy for the US IT staffing division. Define clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics across regions, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives. Expansion Strategy: Identify new market opportunities and grow the company’s presence across different U.S. states and cities. Develop targeted strategies for expanding client portfolios and building a sustainable pipeline.Revenue Growth & Business Development: Client Acquisition & Retention: Spearhead business development efforts, building strong relationships with key clients, and expanding the customer base. Ensure the company offers customized IT staffing solutions that address the specific needs of each client. Revenue Optimization: Analyze revenue streams and work closely with regional leaders to optimize pricing strategies, staffing models, and service offerings. Maximize the profitability of existing accounts while expanding into new sectors and markets. Market Leadership: Position the company as a thought leader in the IT staffing industry through strategic partnerships, networking, and client engagements. Be an advocate for the company’s staffing solutions and services in relevant forums and industry events.P&L Management & Financial Stewardship: Financial Ownership: Manage the P&L for the US IT staffing business, setting and meeting financial targets, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability. Ensure that all regions contribute positively to the overall financial health of the company. Cost Management: Optimize staffing costs, operational expenditures, and overhead while maintaining high-quality service delivery to clients. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across operations. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide detailed forecasts, reports, and analyses of financial performance to the executive team, highlighting risks and opportunities to meet revenue and margin targets.Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: End-to-End Staffing Process: Oversee the entire staffing process, from talent sourcing and recruitment to placement and client servicing. Identify bottlenecks and work across functions to streamline and optimize operations, improving time-to-fill and quality of placements. Automation & Innovation: Introduce technological solutions, automation, and data-driven processes to improve operational efficiency, enhance client experience, and increase the scalability of staffing operations. Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure that the company maintains high standards of compliance, ethical staffing practices, and quality assurance. Stay informed on labor laws, market regulations, and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry standards.Team Leadership & Development: High-Performance Culture: Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of professionals across multiple regions. Drive accountability, set clear expectations, and build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results. Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the team. Develop training programs, career growth initiatives, and leadership pipelines to ensure ongoing talent retention and growth within the business. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and align on key initiatives across the company.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Executive Team Collaboration: Engage with the executive leadership team to align on company priorities, share insights on market trends, and provide recommendations for future growth. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders, including large enterprise clients, vendors, and industry influencers. Act as the face of the company in high-level client meetings and negotiations. Internal Communication: Foster clear, transparent communication between regions, ensuring teams are aligned on corporate goals, strategies, and performance expectations.Data-Driven Decision Making & Market Analysis: Analytics & Insights: Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making across all regions. Regularly evaluate staffing trends, client feedback, competitor performance, and market conditions to refine business strategies. Competitive Advantage: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to differentiate the company’s services, attract new business, and maintain long-term client relationships.Qualifications- Experience:A minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, with at least 10 years in a business head role, overseeing multiple regions or business units. P&L Ownership:Proven success in managing P&L responsibilities with an understanding of financial drivers, profitability, and cost control. Leadership:Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, integrate regional teams, and foster a high-performance culture across diverse locations. Business Acumen:Deep understanding of the US IT staffing market, including key clients, recruitment trends, and competitive dynamics. Client-Centric:A client-first mentality, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and deliver customized staffing solutions. Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze business performance, identifies trends, and make data-driven decisions that lead to increased profitability. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, clients, and external stakeholders.
