Business Development Executive (B2B Sales – International Market)Location:Nagpur (Work from Office) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto join our Nagpur office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven ability to sell services in the international market. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with global clients, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth by offering tailored solutions aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities: International B2B Sales: Strategically identify and target international markets to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our services effectively in the global market. Business Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with business partners and clients to foster collaboration and drive mutual growth. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships that align with our business goals and add value to our clients. Proposal Development & Client Presentations: Create impactful, client-specific business proposals that highlight our value proposition. Present tailored service solutions to prospective clients and address their unique business challenges. Lead Management & Negotiation: Generate, nurture, and manage leads using CRM tools and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure a win-win outcome for both clients and the company. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth research on international market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns targeting global B2B clients. Internal Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling services in the international market. Strong knowledge of international business practices and cultural sensitivities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools.
