Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Roles and Responsibilities : Design Coordination : Collaborate closely with designers to review, evaluate, and approve necessary drawings and plans to ensure timely execution of the project in accordance with design specifications. Cash Flow Management : Monitor and control the inflow and outflow of project finances, ensuring that project budgets are adhered to and cash flow is optimized for smooth project operations. Cross-Team Coordination : Serve as a liaison between various teams, including Design, Purchase, and Production, to ensure seamless day-to-day coordination and alignment of project goals and timelines. Contract Management : Develop and manage labour contracts and sub-contracts for project-related works. Oversee vendor management and ensure compliance with contract terms. Project Execution Monitoring : Oversee and control all aspects of project execution with respect to time, cost, quality, and safety standards. Implement project control measures to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Bill Certification (PMC) : Responsible for the certification and approval of bills for contractors and vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness before release. Project Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project reports, contracts, progress tracking, and completion reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
