Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal issues to support litigation efforts. Assist in preparing for trials, depositions, and hearings, including document organization and summarizing evidence. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed, stored, and easily accessible. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to coordinate meetings and gather necessary information. Attend court hearings and trials to provide support and take notes as required.
