Job Description:Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to ensure that the company attracts and hires the best talent. Partner with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and work on goals Source, screen, conduct, interviews, and assist in the selection and offer process. Manage the recruitment process including, but not limited to, posting jobs, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates. Maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Managing reports and recruitment operationsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 4 + years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a senior recruiting role. Proven track record of IT and Non-IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Good at Team work.
