Contract - Product Manager – Banking / High-Volume TransactionsLocation: Pune / RemoteSalary: Up to $200 per dayThis is an initial 6-month Contract with the view of extendingParitas is partnered with a leading IT Consultancy who are looking to onboard a Product Manager on a contract basis with experience in Banking or High-Volume Transaction Systems (such as Telecoms). Previous experience in issuing and processing would be a distinct advantage.Key to this role will be understanding the intricacies of payment flows, regulatory compliance, and the technical demands associated with issuing and processing.Outlined below are the key attributes we are looking for: B2B Fleet Card Management : B2B Fuel card management including payments, and transactions for the card business within the B2B customers Banking or Transactions Expertise : A strong background in managing products or projects within the banking sector, or extensive experience in transaction-related processes, providing a solid understanding of payment ecosystems, industry regulations, and the operational nuances of financial products. Experience with Issuing and Processing : In-depth knowledge of card issuing and payment processing systems, including an understanding of how these systems integrate with banking infrastructures. This experience will be crucial in addressing issues related to compliance, security, and customer experience. Strong Stakeholder Management : A proven ability to manage and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and client requirements. Effective stakeholder engagement is vital to navigating complex regulatory and operational requirements. Technical Understanding : The ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, particularly relating to transaction systems, and effectively translate business needs into technical requirements. This will be key in ensuring that the product meets both business objectives and technical specifications.
