Total RewardsPurpose of the Job To design, administer, and continuously enhance rewards policies and performance bonus frameworks that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and market competitiveness. To provide senior leadership with accurate and comprehensive reports, presentations, and insights on rewards strategies and outcomes, enabling informed decision-making. To ensure all rewards-related processes adhere to organizational policies, internal equity standards, and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks and maintaining transparency. You will work closely with the global stakeholders and Business heads in a high impact role to drive organizations agenda and reward strategy.Key Responsibilities PMS Process Management- Contribute to the annual moderation cycle for increment, bonus and equity, ensuring adherence to frameworks and equitable distribution. Performance Bonus Administration- Prepare and manage monthly bonus accruals, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts and business needs. Manage bonus budgeting processes, providing strategic inputs and updates to leadership. Reconcile moderated bonuses against actual payouts and budgeted amounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Stakeholder Connect and Management - Partner with finance, HR operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth administration of rewards policies and bonus processes. Analytics & Reporting -Prepare and present high-quality reports and dashboards for leadership, including board presentations on rewards performance and strategy. Manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting and analysis. Provide recommendations for process improvements in rewards administration, leveraging data-driven insights. Analyze the effectiveness of rewards strategies and propose enhancements based on organizational goals and market data. Liaise with Compliance team and ensure obedience with regulations and company policies in compensation decisions. Manage minimum wages and job pricing activities to ensure alignment and compliance. Partner with HRIS to maintain systems related to compensation and benefits administration. Partner with the HR automation team to ensure right implementation/ enhancement/ management of platform.Location Noida C59- Sector 144 HybridMust have Skills and Experience Should have completed Graduation/Master’s/PG/Certification in HR/Statistics/Commerce 8+ years’ experiencein Compensation and Benefits. Should be proficient in power point and excel (advance). Should have stronganalyticaland problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills with strongpresentation skills . Comprehensive experience in end-to-end management of performance bonus administration. Strong stakeholder relationships/other partnerships experience within a global setting.Preferred/Good to have ITES/KPO/Analytics Industry background Hands on experience of Power BI reporting Prior experience of working in a SEC listed company with global corporate role.Work timings Between 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM.Reporting This role will report into AVP (Corporate Rewards).
