QCI is seeking an experienced and dynamicHR personnel to manage and optimize HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in HR processes and a passion for employee development, coupled with an ability to enhance HR systems and contribute to the overall success of our HR function.Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions, ensuring smooth and engaging experiences for employees. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies. Conduct audits and monitor HR metrics to ensure adherence. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Partner with finance to manage payroll processes, and assist in benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with employees regarding benefits, deductions, and updates. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Support conflict resolution, investigate grievances, and mediate to maintain a positive work environment. Data Management and HR Systems: Maintain employee records and utilize HRIS to streamline HR processes. Generate and analyse reports to support decision-making and track HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, attendance, and employee satisfaction). Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives related to employee engagement. Support in areas related to employee engagement, including diversity, inclusion etc Skills and Qualifications: Education(Required): Bachelor’s Degree in any field Education (Preferred):Master’s Degree in Human Resource or related Field Experience: Min. 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with e-learning platforms and LMS is a plus. Knowledge: Solid understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and instructional design principles. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
