GTM Associate: Staging and Analytics PgMLocation:Building 8C, DLF, Cyberhub, Gurgaon, HR 122001, IndiaAs a Merchandising Associate you will execute our client's store operations with a focus on editorial projects in the apps team.**This is not a manager role; it has PGM R&R's but an associate level role**Responsibilities: Editorial SupportGather the necessary information from different stakeholders in order to carry out efficient, streamlined and thorough testing calls (stagings) where the editorial content is tested before going public Take notes, report and contact stakeholders to report and fix errors detected during the testing calls (stagings) Coordinate with other PgMs in the team to make sure the content is ready before and after the testing calls (stagings) Manage incoming Editorial requests and assign them to the Editorial team through project management tools Carry out regular analytics review of the editorial content to assess impact, relevance, engagement , and conversion This includes, but is not limited to pulling data, identifying errors, filing bugs, and creating reports Support the creation, improvement, and maintenance of tools and processes for Editorial programs Support operational communications with internal and external parties (developers, agencies, etc) Work collaboratively within a cross-functional and international team environment Connect with the editorial team living in the AMER region OperationsProgram and QA all Editorial projects as needed (local content, global campaigns, etc.) Keep editorial plans up to date in program management tools, manage localization/translation requests, send out daily/weekly/monthly reminders about action items and due dates Train new team members and maintain training resources and documentation for the Editorial team Research new and trending apps, as well as test apps for quality Create weekly meeting agendas and lead the call in Editorial team syncs ReportingOperationally support data analysis by collating and reporting relevant metrics to stakeholders This includes, but is not limited to pulling data, identifying errors, filing bugs, and creating reports Create reports and presentations based on Editorial performance dataMinimum Role Qualifications: Extremely strong project management skills Business level fluency in English Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills Strong communication skills and collaborative working approach BA/BS degree requiredPreferred Role Qualifications:1 - 2 years of relevant working experience Fluency in Hindi/Bengali/Marathi/Telugu/Tamil but not necessary Previous experience with working on multiple projects at the same time Comfortable working in ambiguous and changing environments Interest in mobile apps and can show some understanding of business landscape/industry Previous experience in merchandising, marketing, digital, retail, tech, startup and/or content businesses Previous experience with Google Workspace and Asana
