Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Performance Management:Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee development programs. Support managers in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant training sessions. 5. Compensation and Benefits:Provide information and support regarding compensation and benefits programs. Assist in conducting salary reviews and benchmarking. 6.
