Ltd.:Key Responsibilities:1.Sales & Revenue Goals : Assist in achieving sales targets and revenue goals assigned to the position. Conduct cold calls and meetings with designers and HNI clients to generate sales leads. Create deals to maximize sales revenue per month. Plan strategies to increase customer retention and conversion.2.Market Analysis & Strategy : Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market demands to identify growth opportunities. Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, and promotions to maintain a competitive edge.3.Customer Relations : Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Act as the single point of contact for customers from lead generation to project handover.4.Showroom Operations : Assist in showroom management, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and overall cleanliness.5.Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information by entering relevant details into the CRM. Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and relevant documentation. Finalizing PO with specifications, collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely processing of customer orders, payments, and invoices, including following up with clients for pending payments and deliverables. Document all relevant information, such as presentations and quotes, in client- specific folders in shared drives and the CRM.6.Outreach & Events : Represent the company at conferences, fairs, and brand-related shoots or meetings. Independently meet with designers and attend scheduled meetings with seniors.7.Technology Utilization : Leverage software tools like MS Word, Canva, and ERP systems to prepare quotations, presentations, and manage CRM.Expectations for an Average Day:Morning Routine (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) : Begin the day by reviewing pending tasks and addressing urgent customer queries or complaints. Plan daily activities, prioritize customer follow-ups, and review sales targets.Showroom Management (11:00 AM - 11:30 AM) : Assist in managing showroom operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and visual appeal.Client Interactions (11:30 AM - 1:30 PM) : Conduct cold calls or virtual/in-person meetings and relevant outreach messages with prospective clients, designers, or HNIs to generate leads. Share relevant quotes, proposals, or presentations with clients in a timely manner. Address walk-in customer inquiries and showcase product offerings.Documentation & Reporting (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM) : Update CRM systems with client interactions, prepare sales reports, and analyze competitor trends. Follow up on relevant client interactions and outreach campaigns from earlier in the day.Client Follow-ups (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM) : Follow up with existing clients regarding approvals, payments, production status of ongoing projects, or any additional requirements. Liaise with the finance team to process orders and invoices.Wrap-up & Planning (6:30 PM - 7:00 PM) : Plan for the next day’s activities, summarize the day’s achievements, and highlight areas for improvement.Key Expectations:1.
