Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years as Branch Manager or equivalent role. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
