Position Title: Project Manager with experience in Insurance Domain Experience Level: 10+ Years Location: Noida/ FaridabadKey Responsibilities: · Strategy, implementation, and maintenance of delivery initiatives in line with business goals · Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments andprogress · Overseeing multiple project teams to maintain organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance. · Scope in close collaboration with project sponsors, cross-departmental teams, and assigned project managers to maximize productivity Plan and develop results, required resources, workplans, budgets, and timing of new initiatives. · Developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization. · Efficiently does profit and loss management · Producing accurate and timely reporting of delivery status throughout its life cycle. · Analysing delivery risks · Efficient escalation management · Working on strategy with the marketing team · Works with Presales team · Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. · Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance · Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment.
