This study is a key initiative to enhance early detection and triage in real-world clinical settings.About the Role The ECG Technician will be crucial in Tricog's TCC Clinical Study, designed to validate a cardiac risk stratification algorithm using Single Lead ECG. The role involves capturing a targeted number of ECGs (12-lead and single-lead) over three months at a hospital in Faridabad. The technician will collaborate closely with the hospital's operational and clinical teams to ensure smooth execution of the study in both OPD and emergency settings.Key Responsibilities ECG Acquisition : Perform high-quality 12-lead and single-lead ECGs for patients in OPD and emergency settings using Tricog-enabled ECG devices. Patient Interaction : Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring comfort and cooperation during the ECG recording. Data Quality : Ensure all ECG readings are accurate, complete, and meet the required standards for the study. Coordination : Work with the hospital's clinical and operational teams to integrate study activities into existing workflows. Operational Alignment : Manage daily schedules and align with the hospital team to ensure efficient patient flow and study roll-out. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate and detailed logs of ECGs performed, including patient demographics, equipment usage, and any anomalies encountered. Reporting : Regularly report progress and challenges to the study coordinator and escalate issues requiring resolution. Study Compliance : Adhere to the study protocol, ethical guidelines, and Tricog's operational standards.Qualifications and Experience Diploma or certification in ECG Technology or equivalent. 1+ years of experience performing ECGs in a clinical setting (preferred). Familiarity with 12-lead and single-lead ECG machines and software. Ability to work in a hospital environment, handling high patient volumes. Good communication skills and patient interaction capabilities ( Hindi as a spoken language is mandatory) Knowledge of medical ethics and data confidentiality protocols.Key Competencies Attention to detail and precision in ECG acquisition. Strong organisational and time management skills to meet study targets. Collaborative mindset to work with multi-disciplinary hospital teams.
