Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and product owners, to define project goals and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and the internal team. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies. Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and quality standards. Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Track project performance using Jira and report progress to stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues proactively while managing risks effectively. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes productivity and innovation.Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 5-6 years overall, with at least 3 years of experience leading software development projects on cloud platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Project Management: Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management using Jira. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively. Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, manage conflict, and drive project success.
