The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Review and process license applications to meet regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and licensing laws. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all licensing activities. Communicate with regulatory bodies to obtain and renew permits and licenses. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to licensing requirements. Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding licensing procedures. Handle inquiries and provide detailed information on licensing processes. Prepare reports on licensing activities, compliance status, and upcoming renewals. Coordinate with legal teams to address any licensing-related issues. Update and manage licensing databases effectively. Assist in the development and implementation of licensing policies and procedures. Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewal of all licenses. Participate in regulatory meetings and stay updated on industry changes. Analyze data related to licensing and compliance activities to identify improvement areas. Support the resolution of licensing disputes or compliance challenges.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 1-5 years of experience in a licensing, regulatory, or compliance role (preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry). Strong understanding of licensing laws and industry-specific regulations. Proficiency in office software and licensing databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Experience in conducting audits and inspections. Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret legal documents. Strong ethical standards and professionalism. Willingness to stay updated on licensing regulations and trends.
