Role Details: Position: Senior Technical Program Manager Experience: 8+ years Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Understand processes to define, design, and deliver payroll and related software solutions using diverse technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product requirements. Work with technical and design teams to define and implement the product for an optimal customer experience. Lead implementation and delivery of products, coordinating priorities and aggressive roadmaps with engineering and design teams. Support and enhance existing products with measurable impacts. Ensure adherence to SDLC processes to deliver timely and high-quality solutions. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams. 5+ years in technical program management. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, prioritize tasks, and lead teams of developers or analysts. Strong skills in assessing current systems and proposing process/technology improvements. Experience in Agile methodologies and effective coordination across teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP-PeopleSoft (HCM/HRMS). Experience with AWS technologies. Expertise in systems integration and architecture. Strong communication skills across diverse audiences and disciplines. Education: Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, or master’s degree with equivalent experience.
